Payments

All prices includes GST.

Full payment is required 30 days prior to the charter. no refunds.

Receipt of a deposit or payment is considered as acknowledgement and consent to the terms and conditions supplied by Lady Grace Boat Charters. Non Refundable $1000 deposit is required when booking your charter, in some cases the booking can be held for 72 hours in order for client to arrange payment. This is at the discretion of Lady Grace Boat Charters. Failure to remit payment will render your booking cancelled and clients will need to rebook. For our corporate clients that may require more time to raise funds through their finance department, please discuss with our Apache Charters team when booking.

Lady Grace Boat Charters reserves the right to cancel any charter depending on weather conditions, breakdowns or any unforeseen circumstance. No refunds given, the charter will be rescheduled for another time. If catering has been ordered and the tour is cancelled the catering charges still need to be paid with the vessel hire can be rescheduled. If catering has been cancelled with 7 days notice, then the catering charges can be rescheduled with the tour. All guests are required to comply with all COVID regulations.

If the weather is not suitable for a full day at Rottnest , then the skipper will advise a suitable revised itinerary for the day, options would be dependent on the weather, ie Carnac Island, South Beach or Swan River Cruise.

DO NOT ARRIVE INTOXICATED

Please do NOT arrive at the vessel for boarding intoxicated. Due to health and safety requirements for our clients and crew, you will NOT be allowed to board the vessel and subsequently you will forfeit all monies paid and will not be permitted to attend the charter. Your receipt of payment is acknowledgment that you have read and understood our terms. Please also see Alcohol regulations and guidelines on the Lady Grace Boat Charter attachment. Payment of your deposit is deemed as all terms and conditions have been read and understood.

Lady Grace Boat Charters does not offer any gentleman only charters or 18ths, 21st birthday events.
